This is the cost of IV administration only and does not include the cost of medication. Most iron medications are covered under BC Pharmacare and some private insurance plans

What's included?

• Initial Consultation (60 minutes) - The pharmacist will review your medication regimen and identify the benefits and risks of each medication.  The pharmacist will then identify which, if any, medication can be considered for dose reduction or discontinuation.
• The pharmacist will work with your physician to determine a personalized medication plan for you
• Follow-Up Consultation (30 minutes) - The pharmacist will review your personalized medication plan with you
